At Hope Agency, we Promote Recovery and Independence, Support Community Integration, and Reducing Stigma and Promoting Mental Health Awareness.
Hope Agency LLC's dedicated team is led by Nabiha Ali holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), certified through the Board of Social Work. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Nabiha is deeply committed to supporting individual adults—particularly those experiencing homelessness and navigating complex mental health challenges.

What is Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)?
Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) help individuals 18+ living with mental illness restore their independent living, social, and community skills that have been impaired by their symptoms. Our services focus on rehabilitation and recovery, helping individuals achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life to function independently in their homes or places of residence.
What can ARHMS help with?
Our ARMHS practitioners can support people with skills and goals like:- Interpersonal communications management
- Community resource utilization and integration
- Crisis assistance
- Relapse prevention
- Budgeting, shopping and healthy lifestyle skills and practices
- Cooking and nutrition
- Transportation
- Medication monitoring
- Mental illness symptom management

- Transitioning to community living
Who is eligible for ARHMS?
In order to qualify for ARHMS, you must:
- Be 18 years and older
- Have received a recent diagnostic assessment by a qualified mental health professional that indicates ARMHS services are medically necessary
- Have substantial disability and functional impairment in three or more areas, thus markedly reducing self-sufficiency
- Have the cognitive capacity to engage in and benefit from rehabilitative services techniques and methods
- Have Medical Assistance or a Prepaid Medical Assistance Product
